JOB OBJECTIVE: To deliver friendly, efficient customer and medical services and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of employees, suppliers, clients and guests with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
SCOPE: The Receptionist cum Company Nurse reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for providing efficient and professional operations of the company such as but not limited to customer, clerical, administrative and occupational health services in accordance with the company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve the desired goals and objectives. Failure to provide these services in an efficient and effective manner will result in disruptions in the provision of services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Activities
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
• Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or via phone.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in
order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Performs receptionist functions.
Main Activities
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors such as clients, applicants and suppliers.
3. Support the President, Managers and other staff
Main Activities
• Assist the President, Managers and other staff as requested.
• Provide administrative services for the President and Managers
• Assist in logistics but not limited to: monitoring of truck, keeping a logbook of out and in of delivery, preparation of documents (waybill, delivery receipts etc.)
• Perform other duties as may be required.
4. Provide Health and Medical services
Main Activities
• Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.
• Observe and record the symptoms and conditions of a patient/s employee.
• Accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital should there be an accident, monitor the condition, and submit pertinent reports and records including replenishment of cash expenses.
• Ensure employee medical records are organized and updated at all time.
• Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit to work certificate.
• Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine results.
• Release and monitor the inventory of medicines and other necessary.
• Coordinate with company Safety Officer, PDEA, OSHC and/or other government agencies to ensure company compliance.
• Maintain and update contact numbers for emergency purposes: nearest hospital, clinic, police station, barangay, fire station, company emergency response team.
• Help maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regularizations.

Qualifications:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
· Must be a registered nurse, with BOSH Training is advantage for this position.
· At least one (2) Year of working experience in the related field
· Resourceful, diligent, computer proficient especially in excel and power point, with good moral character and good communication skills.
· Can work under minimal supervision.
· Willing to do leg work and 90% administrative/clerical tasks
· Willing to work at Sta. Cruz, Makati City.
· Can start immediately
