Qualifications:
Preferably with atleast 1 yr related experience as Receptionist
With Pleasing personality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Can interact well with other nationalities
Customer Service Oriented
Wiling to work onsite at 27th Flr. High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 2 26th Cor. 9th Ave BGC Taguig City
Note: Deployment probably will be this February or March as we are currently renovating our office. Salary is 17k - 22k (based on recent salary and expeerience)
Job Responsibilities
Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them to appropriate person
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (Eg: monitor logbook, issue visitor card)
Manage office supplies
Assist in coordination of meeting/events arrangement
Manage travel bookings, ticket and accommodation of employees.
Assist to liaise with building maintenance/vendor for office equipment repair and replacement as and when required
Perform other tasks from time to time.
