JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of work:
Responsible for receiving and holding all visitors at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately;
Answering of inquiries, screening and forwarding of phone calls to the concerned department/employee; and
Receive, sort and forward daily mails and/or other materials /gifts
Gathers and submits complete and accurate information as input for the development and implementation of departmental plans and budget.
Monitors use of office supplies to ensure budget is not exceeded.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work on-site in Makati City
Willing to start immediately
