Job description
• Respond promptly, and professional to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email.
• Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
• Handles customer complaints and inquiry, provides alternative solution and coordinate with the concerns department/s
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
• Document customer interactions, compiling documents
• Organize and maintain paper evidence and assures its filing kept in fashioned way
• Coordinates with concerned dept. on the status of calibration, deliveries and customers concerns or request.
• Promote Company business and helps in prospecting customers.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. To ensures that company policies, procedures and business code of ethics are understood and complied with.
