1. Monitors Implementation of Capacity Plan and Staff Schedule
2. Performs real-time monitoring and recording of the following actual data:
Hourly Volume (per transaction, as applicable)
Agent Productivity vs. Task Distribution
AHT
Absences
Occupancy / Utilization
3.Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
