Qualifications:
Minimum six (6) months of related work experience as BPO Real Time Analyst.
Excellent english communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines without close supervisionl
Goal-oriented and a team player
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent professional qualification with relevant experience
Job Description:
Coordinates appropriate staffing allocation and availability of support staff inorder to achieve service level objectives.
Runs and analyses reports with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals.
Completes root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance.
Facilitates real-time discussions related to availability / efficiency performance with stakeholders.
Keys daily exceptions requests, updates schedule and responds to escalated issues and ad-hoc requests.
Create intraday reports (3 hourly reports / interval reports) and provide necessary inputs when there are gaps in availability.
