Consistently monitors the development of a program on a real time basis using available WFM tools.
Ensure that break schedules are being followed, associates exceeding thresholds are flagged, and appropriate actions are being done to inform Operations Management and WFM team of any incident.
Develop, generate, analyze and deliver reports on time containing accurate information.
Coordinates with the Client's Workforce for any issue impacting production and staffing.
Ensure half hour interval staffing is between acceptable ranges. Proactively offers solutions after analyzing trends and areas of development.
Escalate and report outages through different channels to guarantee impact is minimized.
Ensure that all compliance related to policy and procedures are adhered to.

Ability to work independently and be accountable for the expected client deliverables

Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
Highly numerate with real ability to manipulate numerical data
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Application, or equivalent.
Proficient in using MS Office and with advanced skill in Excel
With background on workforce management in a contact center and customer service operations
Adept And Proficient In MS Excel, MS Office Applications
Flexible in shifting/rotational schedule
Amenable to work from onsite in Pavia, Iloilo
