REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL STAGING
Starting Wage: P20-28K DOE
 
Location: Crown 7 Center (3 blocks from IT Park)
 
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
 
Must Haves:
1-2 years experience with transaction coordination, or;
1-2 years experience as VA for a real estate agent  
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of new revised sets/furniture pieces to be delivered in a timely manner for review and approval.  
Review and feedback the CAD member's sets and furniture pieces' quality before sending for approval.
To learn and teach techniques that may help the CAD and VS team on rendering orders.
Onboard new CAD operators
Weekly check-ins with CAD members. 
Send suggestions and weekly reports to the supervisor.  
Any other tasks given by the supervisor.  
Compensation
Pay starts at P20-28K per month on entry
