We are looking to hire a committed Virtual Assistant to work for an Australian client that specializes in management rights and strata hotel sales. Someone who is detail-oriented and has a customer-focused approach would be an excellent candidate for the role. This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off!
 
Responsibilities:
Process inquiries from phone calls and emails
Ensure all listings are up-to-date
Investigate and resolve queries from customers
Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available while offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to their business needs
Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
Upload notes from follow up calls in CRM and input information on clients
Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects
Follow up on leads generated by other departments
Set up meetings with potential clients
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in email blasts
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have proven years of experience in Real Estate Management, Property Listing or any similar role.
Experience in Finance Brokerage, Immigration Consultancy is a plus but not required
Excellent English communication skills - oral and written
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
A proven track record of strong client relationships
Excellent client service skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Excellent teamwork skills, creative and adaptive
Work in a dynamic environment in which all requirements are not always well defined
Equally at-ease working independently or in a collaborative team setting
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to multiple platforms and systems to be utilized
