Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receipting for Rental properties
• Reconciliation of Trust Account and Reports
• Creditor Run (Payments to Creditors)
• Direct Debit Run
• Mid Month and End of Month Process
• Direct Debit Variations
• Audit (Reversing and Clearing)
• Trust Fund Movements
• Bank Reconciliation
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is highly desirable
• Over a year of relevant business experience in a real estate environment ideally in an accounts capacity
• Experience in any Australian Accounting software
• Experience working with Spreadsheets
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, particularly written English
• The ability to show good attention to detail, work on time critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
• A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Experience in REST property management software and FileSmart would be an advantage
• Experience in Centrelink would be ideal
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
