Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Creating marketing campaigns and scheduling them to send for recruiting
Creating Agent calendars, flyers for Agent's education and events in publisher
Creating "just listed" and "just sold" postcards, searching leads in infofree.com and mailing
Creating and mailing expired letters, campaign, and "move up" buyer postcard
Completing template and mailing broker letter for upcoming transactions with Agents
Adding new listings and updating current listings for Broker and office
Keep profile updated and make sure website has correct information - schedule seller reports and send updates to sellers
Create and prepare professional brochures and flyers for delivery to listings/social media sites.
Create, post, and synchronize virtual tour and Youtube video to all social media sites.
Prepare, submit and post Open House and other ads for print media and all applicable sites.
Maintain brand standards and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new business, and connect with past clients and sphere of influence.
Website implementation, maintenance, and updates.
