Description
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for calling up and generating leads, nurturing, conducting lead follow up and building prospect relationships to move the opportunities through the sales funnel. The ISA also provides administrative duties in collaboration with the Real Estate Sales Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact new leads derived from lists, emails, social media, referrals and other lead source via email and outbound phone calls - buying/listing appointments
• Build prospect relationship by initiating communication and conducting follow up to move the opportunities through the sales funnel
• Attend to inquiries, requests and concerns of potential and existing buyers
• Prospect new client and conduct targeted research (Real Estate) for analysis of the Sales' Team
• Book meetings, update information and manage the Sales' Team calendar for call backs, rescheduled meetings and follow up tasks
• Input and manage Client database or CRM on Expired listing, Just Listed/Just Sold, Open Houses, Past Clients
• Record contact details, company information and call notes and send emails to support outbound call activity
• Ensures all administrative requirements are followed through and complete all relevant paperwork
• Deliver scripts, including objection handling in accordance with the Client's Playbook
• Assist and contribute to the development of process documentations and Client's Playbook
• Take part in weekly/monthly meetings and routine training
• Prepare weekly activity reports, analyze own results and make improvements
• Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets weekly and monthly set by the Client
• Perform additional tasks or project assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of Outbound sales experience and/or appointment setting experience preferred
• Years of experience working in Real Estate Industry preferred
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets/KPIs
• Experience with CRM, Office365 and LinkedIn/Social Media preferred
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers
• Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Delivers positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward prospects and customers at all times.
