We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling associate to be part of a Real Estate Brokerage based in California! This position offers a permanent work-from-home setup with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm CA time), allowing you to excel in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Telesales Operations:
Conduct telesales activities, including cold calling, sales presentations, and effective pitching to potential clients.
Achieve monthly call volume targets, with an expected range of 8,000-10,000 calls per month.
Language Skills:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
Sales Experience:
Leverage proven sales experience to prioritize and engage potential clients effectively.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Work-from-Home Setup:
Maintain a suitable work-from-home environment, ensuring access to reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and an acceptable headset for professional communication.
Multitasking:
Handle various responsibilities, including making calls, responding to emails, and potentially taking client calls, demonstrating efficient multitasking abilities.
Requirements * To be able to work in the Pacific time zone from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
Substantial experience in telesales, encompassing cold calling, sales techniques, and effective pitching strategies.
Good communication skills in SPANISH and ENGLISH (verbal and written)
Ability to adapt to dynamic sales environments and handle diverse tasks, such as calls, emails, and potential client inquiries.
