The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing the buying, selling, leasing, and renting of properties. The candidate will also be responsible for daily real estate operations and customer service activities. The role is based in Makati, but the candidate will have flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications Strong background in brokerage and real estate sales High level of customer service skills to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction Excellent understanding and knowledge of real property valuation, local zoning, and land-use regulations Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field Real Estate broker license in the state of location is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of CRM software Experience with online real estate platforms and social media marketing is a plus
