Main Objective of the Job:
To generate revenue for the company via service fees earned through closing commercial leasing transactions. To achieve target quotas required of a Sr. Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Lead generation
Facilitate transactions
And auxiliary roles
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or Economics, Architecture or Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in real estate, telco, professional services, financial services and construction
Willing to travel to Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao and CDO and other cities in Vis Min for site inspections
Required Skill(s): knowledge on real estate market, good communication skills, Good negotiation skills, keen to details, Possess honesty and integrity
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Residential Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
Must be willing to work in Cebu.
