We expect that you're a self-starter. You will be directly working with the business development team to expand our market reach by building our Agents and Brokers NetworK.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Invite, Process, and Maintain Agents and Brokers (AnB) Applications and Accounts
Source for new AnB accounts, Real Estate Developers Account, and
Track sales performances, maintain quality of services of various, and brand representation of AnB accounts
Build strong rapport and relationship with AnBs through Community Development
Organize online training seminars for our AnB accounts
Admin support for AnBs
Organize and provide the property details and collaterals (from the marketing or sales team) to the AnBs
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years work experience in real estate industry either as sales or as agents and brokers network coordinator
Various existing relationship with developers and banks.
Knowledge of RESA Law and best practices of real estate industry
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good in building and maintaining client relationships and customer service
Pleasing personality
Good organizational, email management, phone, and administrative skills
Nice to have Qualifications (Not required, but nice to have any of the ff:):
On top of the 2 years work experience in real estate, 1 years work experience in any position that talks to customers or external stakeholders a lot.
