At least 2 years in college with sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms
Strong data entry, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Good written communication.
Excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Work well independently and in teams.
Problem solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and assist property viewings.
Maintain Physical and digital filing systems.
Handle calls, inquiries, and client coordination; schedule property viewings
Respond to emails and manage management calendars.
Draft and edit documents, contracts, and reports.
Update databases and spreadsheets.
Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Present a professional image for the company.

Salary Range: 14,000-15,000
Rest Day Schedule: Every Sunday
Time of Work: 9 am-6 pm
