FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
· Oversee all program training for internal and external field employees, as well as awareness social and environmental workshops for communities
· Responsible for new employee integration within REACH project, in coordination with the ATE Co HR Officer
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
Assess training needs
Highlight the initial and ongoing training needs for the employees and the customers to include technical, social, environmental, financial, etc.**
Coordinate with branch employees and Branch Manager for training support and requirements
Coordinate with other local partners, NGOs, etc. for community training topics as appropriate and for information sharing
Oversees the materials/tools design
Produce the trainings and awareness social and environmental workshops guidelines and materials with the help of EdM's Training Manager for Asia**
Design and create all training-related materials**
Coordinate with Finance and Admin Manager and Logistics Manager for training guidelines specific to those areas**
Create realistic training schedule for the project staff**
Facilitate training
Train and assist the Training Facilitators for customer training sessions
Train the field employees as part of ATE Co's integration methodology
Manage training venues and logistics
Reporting
Attend regular meeting and report on accomplishments to the Project Coordinator
Prepare assessment report and formulate work plans and schedules
Suggest follow up training sessions and topics as needed
