Position: SRE System Support Engineer
Salary: 85,000-106,000
Work Set up: Hybrid / Night Shift
(8PM-5AM MNL)
Site: Taytay Rizal
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience as SRE System Support Engineer
- Experience maintaining and supporting solutions in a Cloud based environment (GCP or AWS)
- Experience working with various monitoring tools
- Designing and implementing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack, Prometheus and Grafana solutions for monitoring and alerting""
Walkthrough with experience:
*include number of years and projects handled with tools
- Monitoring Tools (Promotheus and Grafana preferred)
- Level 3 Support (Hardcore Troubleshooting)
- Implementation of Infrastructure
- System Support such as incidents in production - self-healing strategies related to implementation
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis
Additional Points:
- Candidate will serve as an Individual Contributor
- Role will be a Pioneer Role
- Prepare an Extensive Technical CV (5-10 tasks per job experience)
