Rail/ Metro Depot Architect - Philippines
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a leading consultancy with a major Rail/ Metro project in Philippines for which they are urgently requiring a Architect for the Depot element.
Opportunity & Responsibilities:
My client is a major International consultancy firm who are working as part of a Joint Venture for this donor funded scheme.
Working as part of an international team the successful individual shall be join the General Consultancy handling a major package of works and be responsible for the Depot component.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Depot package the expert shall be required to:
1) Review detailed engineering design and Employer's requirement for improvement of depot building works.
2) Conduct site inspection of structure works supervision, quality assurance, measurements and administration services at the site.
3) Assist DOTr on supervision of the work.
Key requirements for the role:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Civil or Architecture
15+ years of General working experience:
10+ years experience in design and construction of Railway Related Field
Previous Rail/ Metro experience
Ideally (1) railway project of size
USD 500 million * Regional & Donor funded experience would be beneficial but not essential.

English
Salary Package:
The salary on offer for this position is around $8,000 - $11,000 'Tax free' per month with a full package including Flights, transport, insurance, per diem.
