Job Description 1. Reports to the Chief Radiologic Technologist.
2. Performs different types of x-ray procedures.
3. Explains clearly to the patient the procedure or examination to be done.
4. Provides protection to him, patients or other assisting staffs in accordance with the prescribed safety standard.
5. Demonstrates competence in the use of the available equipment.
6. Prepares the results and release it to the patients or forward it to the nurse station.
7. Files duplicate copies of the results.
8. Assist the radiologist in special procedures or ultrasound examinations.
9. Coordinates with the patients and nurses regarding the preparations of special procedures and ultrasound examinations.
10. Maintains the orderliness of the department and cleanliness of the equipment.
11. Reports defective equipment's and accessories.
12. Prepares proper endorsements every duty.
13. Keeps records of all the results and proper filling of the x-ray plates.
14. Do twice a month changing of solutions, developer, fixer and daily changing of water in the automatic processor.
15. Twice a month cleaning of IS and cassettes.
16. Develops knowledge, attitudes, and skills of professional radiologist at par with the standards of the Department of Health and Philippine College of Radiology and responsive to the country's needs.
17. Performs monthly cleaning of the automatic processor.
18. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Radiologic Technology
with PRC license
1-2 years experience as Radiologic Technologist
preferably 1-2 years Hospital exposure
