JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate is responsible for the operation of X-Ray equipment and conduct X-ray procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures prompt and accurate conduct of procedures
Must be able to communicate effectively, compassionately, and professionally with different patients from children to the elderly.
Ensures verification of patient's information, such as patients' name, birth date, and other important information.
Ensures complete compliance with patients' requirements for radiologic procedures
Performs quality control of procedures to ensure quality radiographic images
Applies principles of radiation protection and environmental safety for members of the public, patients, and co-workers
Ensures effectiveness of equipment
Performs inventory of supplies
