QUALIFICATIONS
• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• At least one year in General Radiologic Procedure
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Data Gathering
FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs all radiographic procedures as requested by the attending physician.
2. Assist radiologist during interpretation and in the performance of radiographic procedures.
3. Assist attending physician during initial viewing of film.
4. Assist other physician in the procedures that require the use of department's equipment.
5. Prepares all radiographic images for proper interpretation.
6. Received and process patient request
7. Give oral and written instructions to patient that will undergo special procedures.
8. Sort and release official radiographic results to patient.
9. Forward official results to respective nurse's station.
10. Performs theater and mobile radiography.
11. Files radiographic images and corresponding results in the filing room.
12. Keep records of barrowed and released images.
13. Perform daily routine checkup of the apparatus in the department.
14. Forwarding of charge slips, copy of HMO request and LOA to respective department.
15. Create monthly accomplishment report.
16. Monitor and report the department's consumable supply.
17. Maintain cleanliness in the department.
18. Performed other task given by the chief technologist and or department head

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
