MACTAN ROCK INDUSTRIES, INC.
Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following position enumerated below along with the qualifications:
R.O OPERATOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate / Secondary Graduate / Vocational Graduate
Willing to learn and physically fit
Adopt the culture and idea
Hard working ( even without supervision )
Honest
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reported on/before on scheduled approved time of shift. Inform to immediate supervisor the attendance / vacation leave.
Check/ Monitor on an hourly basis, the pressure , flowrates , permeate tds, fees tds.
Conducts readings of gauges and meters as per scheduled frequency within the shift.
Conduct washing of bag filters and backwashing of sand filter.
Monitor in hourly basis the PH and TDS of the product water supply to client.
Check - up regularly the condition of high pressure pump, dosing pump.
Record chemical consumption sulfuric acid , caustic sod and anti - scalant & CL.
Check - up regularly the condition of high pressure , dosing pump.
Assist in the membrane cleaning, descaling and flushing during shutdown schedule.
Performs 5'S in plant assigned Area.
