Design appropriate process conforming to quality and food safety compliance. * Conduct Testing and validation process, based on the approved request to support development and improvement of products. * Conduct and assist R&D supervisor to Design appropriate process conforming to quality and food safety compliance. Conduct Testing and validation process, based on the approved request to support development and improvement of products. Conduct and assist R&D supervisor to batch trial run , with proper coordination to QA/QC, EMD and production train and transfer technology to production personnel with regards to new products. Conduct shelf-life study of product development by creating shelf-life calendar and submission of samples. Conduct testing fitting 'dimension' sizing test, actual production application of packaging based on the condition and process of products. Job Summary: To execute R&D Activities w/ or w/o supervision. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food Technology or equivalent. Required skill(s): knows packaging testing, Process Related to Food. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
