Responsibilities :
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE
Manage a team of highly skilled quotes analysts and ensure quote completeness and its integration to SAP/Vistex for contract and agreement creation as an input to the O2C process based on established service level and quality agreements.
WW ISS HARDWARE
Reviews/Checks the completeness of the quote and approves it in D365. Interprets and identifies quotes with errors and collaborates with the corresponding business owners. Performs specific transactions related to Vistex Agreements and SAP contracts involving the verification, validation and approval of quotes in D365 within the framework of established systems and procedures.
WW ISS SOFTWARE
Reviews/Validates software opportunities, finalize the quote and approves the opportunity in D365 then send to SAP for automatic contract creation. Creates manual contract for Channel Requests. Processes SMSA Renewals. Creates/Updates Software Contracts for special requests. Creates Sold To for ISS Software Opportunities.
Work with Business Operations to support operational issues impacting the business.
CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Regularly review Timeliness of Quotes Approval (On-Time and SLA), identify the root cause and create initiatives for improvement
Drive to utilize the power tools such Power BI, Power App, Power Automate and Power Query to improve process efficiency.
Identify and reduce top GAPs issues and NRFT reasons through appropriate actions (root cause analysts, trends analysis, system enhancements, power tools, etc)
Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and champion automation through coordination with the EBA / IT Team, Reporting and use of power tools.
Drive analytics by identifying consistencies / inconsistencies in data trends on: GAPs issues increase/decrease, and NRFT issues
Owns and investigates to resolve any non-customer perfect survey results/feedback
Regularly review & update Quote Management's Handbook, desktop procedures and ISO documentation with the Quotes SMEs on both HW and SW process

Plan staffing levels & determines department's budget for the year (both capex and opex). This encompasses the following:
Approval of Workday Transactions;
Approval of Leaves and Absences;
Review of Timesheets (tardiness, overtime, project allocations (for COE only) et al);
Approval of Materials request via Supplier Relationship Management Tool (SRM);
Approval of Expense Reports (TEA)
Works with HRBP to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate employees
Responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group of people
Lead with Courage and Optimism
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Act on results of Manager Feedback
Enforces the Compliance to Company's Code of Business Conduct (COBC)
Responsible for health and safety of the workforce

Understands stakeholder expectations and objectives.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
