Job description
1. Assist in analyzing project specifications, materials pricing, labor costs, and other factors to develop accurate cost estimates. Learn and apply industry-standard cost estimating techniques and methodologies.
2. Assist in verifying completed work against project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance. Take measurements, record data, and document findings accurately for project documentation and reporting purposes.
3. Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to conduct accurate quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications. Assist in the measurement and quantification of materials, labor, and other resources required for construction projects.
Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree is preferred - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
2. Technical skills and the ability to use design and quantity surveying software.
3. Problem solving skills and creative thinking
4. Attention to detail
5. Ability to work well under pressure.
