Job description:
Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks
Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day's transactions
Reconcile monthly credit card statements
Job Costing
Monthly financial reports for management
Manage and maintain expense detail for entity of business independently
Ad-hoc projects and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with prior work experience bookkeeping for a small business preferred
Expert Quickbooks knowledge/experience is a must
Motivated self-starter with a team-oriented attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick familiarization with all primary business contacts (internal and external)
Must foster and provide healthy work environment, and adapt to an entertainment culture
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, and Outlook
Must be excellent in Microsoft Excel
Must be detail oriented
Able to multi-task
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)

US Taxation: 3 years (Required)
