QUICK RESPONSE TEAM FOREMAN
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Site Leadership and Management
Lead, motivate and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff members.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Quality Control
Maintain high workmanship and quality control standards throughout the project process and implementation.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications, industry standards, and company-approved parameters.
Safety Compliance
Enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly.
Report & Documentation
Ensure that all documents related to the project are compiled properly.
Keep and regularly update the inventory of materials and assets assigned to the technical support team.
Job Qualification
Two Years of Associate or Technical Courses
More than five years of related work experience
Leadership and good interpersonal skills, physical stamina, ability to work under pressure with less supervision, team player, and willing to work in multiple sites.
