What will you do?
• Maintain specialized and respectful conduct when communicating with clients and peers
• Assist associates replying to client system issues and questions
• Contribute to staff and departmental targets and objectives
• Follow departmental processes and systems as specified in the Policies and Procedures manual
• Strive to have the highest effect upon the team's total performance
Who's suitable for the job?
• No Call Center experience required for candidates who reached at least 2nd year in College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Call Center experience is required for High school graduates
• Good communication skills
• Computer and Web Literate
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
