QUANTITY SURVEYORS
 
Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools and equipment for the project site and tracks all movement of projects.
 
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed
Proficient in Project Management Software (MS Project, Procore,Primavera)
Knowledgeable in Estimate Software (Planswift)
Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, Concreting Works estiamtion
Familiar with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works and Fire Protection Plans and estimation
With at least 2 years' experience in making estimates and Gantt charts for Building Construction
Has the willingness to learn new challenges and adopts new culture.
