QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
Advance in estimating the quantity and costs of material
Review all technical plans/drawings and prepare quantity needs;
Review and document sub-contracts and prepare billing documents for sub-con. Evaluate and validate subcontractors' billing Document progress, materials, and reports on the project;
Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field;
At least 2-4 years of general construction estimating
2 years of work experience or more is an advantage
Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office/s and advanced in CAD system.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry;
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better resolution
Detail-oriented
Work without /with minimal supervision
Willing to work overtime
