QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Responsibilities:
Evaluate all procurement
Scrutinizing estimate and schedule
Reporting weekly and Monthly report
Coordinating with Department Head and Site
Prepare report, Analyze and Risk Assessment
Prepare Lookahead Material and Schedule
Keep track of Material and ordering when Required
Approved change order and update estimate
Travel from Various Site and Recheck
Advice Procurement Strategy
Assessment of Closing
Control all stages of constructions within estimate
Monitor progress of work within the schedule
Assessment of subcontractor and its billing
Make and analyze schedule
Prepare project monitoring report using primavera software (i.e. Cutting List and Gantt Chart)
Qualifications:
Male or Female
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in building estimates, Fresh grad are welcome to apply
Must be Licensed in Civil Engineering or any related course
Efficient and with high analytical skills
Hardworking and can work less supervision
Reliable, honest and willing to work long hours when the need arises
