Qualifications:
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Assist in conducting accurate quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications.
Assist in the measurement and quantification of materials, labor, and other resources required for construction projects.
Surveying potential new projects and creating manpower, materials, and timeline estimating for quote-creating
Knowledgeable of MS Office applicant, AutoCAD, and other related applications
Knowledgeable in Auxiliary, FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System), CCTV, etc.
