JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the costs on a construction project; Structural and Architectural, minimal MEPFS
Ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
JOB QUALIFICATION
With Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
With at least 5 years continues experience as Quantity Surveyor handling Structural, Architectural in a high rise projects in the Philippines
Flexible and independent
Office will be in Binondo, Manila
Will handle 2-3 projects (Owner side)
Mon-Sat work schedule
Proficient in MS Office
