QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Preparation of tender documents, quantity take-off and costing and detailed BOQ
Planning, programming and scheduling for project requirements: materials, manpower, equipment, etc.
Proposing value ENGG solutions and Cost Reduction Program
Evaluate factors including labor, materials, permits, regulations, and potential risk in the project
Monitor and control cost throughout the Project
Prepares report for ongoing projects
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field; licensed preferred
More than 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for Horizontal and Vertical Projects
With sound knowledge of Construction Industry practices, regulations and standards
Proficiency in Cost Estimation and Cost Management Techniques
Familiarity with Contract Administration and legal aspects of Construction projects
Experience working with AutoCad and validating quantities from given drawings
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities
Great networking abilities
