Job Description
Manage the administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms • and• conditions outlined in the main EPC Contract with the project owner
Prepare and manage claims to compensate for any losses and/or delays incurred due to additional requests or changes in project scope, specifications, or requirements.
Engage in dispute resolution processes, collaborating closely with project teams and legal advisors to resolve contractual issues and dispute effectively.
Administer the main EPC Contract with the project owner, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions and representing the main contractor's interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and evaluate contract documents. change orders and variations to assess impacts on project costs and schedules
Administer subcontracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Manage the claims process, including identification, documentation, analysis, and resolution of claims with the project owner
Assess and quantify changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements, evaluating their impact on project costs and schedules, and negotiate fair and equitable settlements with the project owner and other stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the construction process, focusing on protecting the main contractor's target and ensuring project success.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
Good command of written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.
