Job Description:
Cost Estimates for needed contract packages and prepare recommendations to award for different projects.
Prepare contract documents including Bills of Quantities and Notice of Award
Prepare and evaluate progress billing to Supplier/Contractor
Monitor Budget Cost Commitment and Forecast Report
Assist the QS Head in all QS works
Performs additional duties that the management may assign from time to time.
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
At least 2-3 years of construction projects working experience in Consultancy / Contracting Firm
Ability to Organize task, keen to details, team player and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, Proactive and Team Player
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent in written and communication skills
