Job Description
Technically Qualified (HNC min) in Quality Surveying / Cost Management Consideration given to MEP Engineers with demonstrable commercial Express
Exprience with in MEP Contracting Organization
Commercially astute, Numerate, risk averse and able to accurately forecast and sales.
Multi-Tasking, Self-Motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
Have a good practical organization skill, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current activities
Computer Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Demonstrate Exprience in EPC Contracts
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information:
To Carry out montlhy valuations off work in progress, including forecasting of final cost
Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
Measure value, submit and negotiate contracts variations.
provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matter including reviewing and drafting of correspondence
prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
Commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts.
Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
Ensure that business commercial process are adhered to at project level
assist in preparation and adhere to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
