General Duties
MAIN TASK:
1. To conduct detailed and fair Cost Assessment / Evaluation Report on Bids
2. To conduct evaluation on Change Orders
OTHER TASK (as needed):
1. To assist in Budgetary estimation
2. To assist in other administrative works as required such as processing and updating Cost Database Information.
Detailed Duties

Professional Eligibility
. Preferably with Project Site Exposure as Quantity Surveyor
. Experience in Estimating and Cost Engineering is a plus

. Excellent Computer Skills (Excel, WORD)
. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
. Team player, responsible, righteous and morally upright
Education
B.S. Engineering Graduate
Experience
. Minimum of Three (3) years work experience
(Electrical Engineer)
