Negotiable Temporary contract Full Time
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and be responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for submission of interim payments and the final account.
• Assigned for the preparation of Interim and Final Payments, Variation Orders, and other contract documents.
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved.
• Compares the detail design quantities with the tender design quantities.
• Interface with site inspectors regarding quantities of completed work.
• Assesses and reports on financial and physical progress of the works vs program.
• Responsible for reviewing construction drawings, participating in drawing review and technical disclosure, and making budget adjustments based on their records.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluates subcontractor progress billing based on their work done.
• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritizing workloads and delivering deadlines.
• Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
• Accepted Applicant will be assigned in Project Site - MRT 7, Quezon City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Engineering
