Qualifications:
1. At least graduate of Mechanical engineer or any engineering course related to field
2. Familiar in estimation of Mechanical, electrical, firepro and plumbing
3. With experience in construction industry
4. At least 3 years working experience in related field
5. Must adequate knowledge in autocad
6. With experience in quantity surveying skills.
7. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written
8. Must have a good organizational and presentation skills
9. Good attention to detail and accuracy
10. Methodical and accurate documentation
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection Plan and Specifications as may be required.
2. Coordination with Site managers, Engineers, Consultants and Suppliers.
3. Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system.
4. Evaluate contractors proposal for al PMI's , change order and other construction related claims.
5. Quantity take off as per method of measurement.
6. Conduct site visit and reconciliation of evaluated proposal if necessary.
7. Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
8. DO estimates.
9. QS Post contract works.
