QUANTITY SURVEYOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects of the department's projects.
Assist with project needs, particularly in producing a full and precise estimate for the budget and other uses for the project to move forward.
Assist the site with budget management by ensuring that the materials purchased do not exceed the FGMQ.
Perform additional duties assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Civil Engineering (with license is an advantage)
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying
Outstanding skills in numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
Attention to detail
Superb work ethic, ability to accept feedback, and willingness to work
