Quantity Surveyor (Part-Time - Morning Shift | AU)
Part-time 10 hours per week
Php 11,000 to 13,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday & Thursday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client runs a statewide commercial carpentry company that services all regions of WA. Their aim is to provide other firms with a seamless construction experience from initial engagement to project disposal. Some of their main services include construction, second fix, formwork and fit out. They are now currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor.
About the Role:
Download and interpret/quantify architectural plans
Relay interpretation into the required template
Note discrepancies between architectural drawings/specifications
Ensure the accuracy of the details to be inputted as that will be the basis for the estimation
Keep an up-to-date record of when tenders are due to make sure timelines are achieved
Responds in a timely manner in relation to fulfilling and completing tasks before tender due dates
Cost estimation and planning (later on)
Qualifications:
Has solid years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating for at least 5 years
Strong English Communication Skills
Experience in Australian Construction preferred
Experience with Cubit / Estimate 1
Attention to detail
Responsive to communication / available
Proactive and motivated
Tech savvy: won't have trouble navigating through apps and tools
Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability
Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
