₱ 25,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
-Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, and or vocational course with a similar field.
-Relevant experience as a quantity surveyor is required for this position
-Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
-with drafting skills; knowledgeable in using Autocad/Sketch Up
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Sound knowledge of construction.
-Has a background in site works
-Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
