General Duties Provides assistance to the Quantity Surveying - Assistant Manager (PostCon Unit Rectifications) in performance of his responsible in ensuring that units subject for rectification are with assigned Contractors. He/She is responsible in General Duties Provides assistance to the Quantity Surveying - Assistant Manager (PostCon Unit Rectifications) in performance of his responsible in ensuring that units subject for rectification are with assigned Contractors. He/She is responsible in assisting QAD in coordinating with Contractor in achieving target completion date. Detailed Duties A. POST CONSTRUCTION (Handyman Single-rate System / Unit Rectification Job Orders) 1. Regulate and updating Handyman Single-Rate System (additional Scope of Works) 2. Initiated weekly meeting coordination with Handyman Contractor and QAD to address any site issues concern 3. Performing actual Site Inspection to verify work scopes to be done for works with Value more than P50,000. 4. Assignment of Handyman Contractor and to ensure actual site inspection has transpired 5. Validation of Request Rectification Form (RRF) to ensure correct work scope, quantity and verification for any repetitive work scope duplication versus work scope created online by QAD. 6. Timely preparation of Job Orders and Issuance to Contractors 7. Attending to issues concern raised by Handyman Contractor, Customer Service and Project Development Team 8. Regularly updating Job Order Monitoring in terms of following details (Inspection Date, Job Order details, Purchase Order details, and Completion Certificate (COCA) B. OTHERS 1. Maintain and updating of Postcon Monitoring Database 2. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Professional Eligibility With valid PRC licensed or its equivalent Skills 1. Good interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an ability to form effective relationships with Contractors under time pressure 2. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. 3. Good attention to detail and accuracy 4. Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner 5. Good verbal and written communication skills 6. Good presentation skills Education Graduate of Civil Engineering course or equivalent from a reputable college or university Experience 1. At least with 3 years of previous experience to Engineering work related, estimating and Cost Engineering. 2. Preferably with PostCon Quality Assurance and Unit Turnover experience.
