Description
Male or Female a graduate of civil engineer with or without experience but experience with Australian Standard is also an advantage Responsibility: • Send out quote requests to Suppliers for major items (Earthworks, Aluminium Doors & Windows, Plumbing, Roof Timber, Roof Cover, Pod, Cabinet & Stone Tops, Staircase & Balustrades, Stormwater, Aircon). • Monitor receipt of quotes and follow up suppliers if not yet received. • Raise concrete orders for all jobs. • May be tasked to schedule jobs. • Assist Scheduling Administrative Assistant (Variations) if needed. JUNIOR SCHEDULER • Action construction variation orders. Send (as applicable) additional/amended orders, updated plans and/or addenda to Supervisors, Suppliers and Client Liaisons. • Raise additional orders as requested by Supervisors. • Check material and subcontractor invoices and raise additional orders if necessary. • Sort out Supervisor/Supplier queries after job has been raised. • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Construction, Engineering
