Qualification
Must possess of Civil Engineering Graduate- Takeoff Surveyor
With, At least 2-3 years of experience in the same field
Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas City, Pasig, Taguig and Malate Manila
Job Description
Prepares construction budget, estimates from initial to final estimates
Prepares cost analysis for additional scope of work (labor cost)
Prepares cost comparisons if needed
Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment report
Check material request from mechanical and electrical department and posting it from Request Form to system
Coordinates to Accounting Department for the preparation of budget
Prepares estimates and costs of the projects
Prepares bill of quantities, pre-tender/post-tender works, contract documents
Evaluates progress accomplishment of contractors and sub-contractors and prepares interim payment certificates
Monitors on a monthly basis the project estimated cost versus actual expenses and analyzes variances
Prepares monthly evaluation reports on cost
Coordinates with the purchasing Department for the quantification of materials and purchases based on actual site requirements
Identify changes and implements change control processes
