Is urgently in need of:
QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR
Authorities & Responsibilities:
Scrutinizing Estimate and schedule
Reporting Weekly and Monthly report
Coordinate with department head and site
Prepare look ahead material and schedule
Keep track of material and Ordering when Required
Make analyze schedule
Prepare project monitoring report using primavera software (i.e Cutting list and Gantt chart)
Job Qualifications:
Male or Female
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in building Estimate
Must be Civil Engineering Graduate
Proficient with Auto-cad, Excel, and other Quantity Surveying Software
Must have at least 1 year of experience in building Estimate
Can work with minimum supervision
Honest, competent and a team player
Full-Time position(s) available
