2. Prepare and develop benchmarks and comparison of major equipment used in project development
3. Prepare and draw up the budget and cost comparison of works in previous and on-going Rockwell projects
4. Analyze the variance between current cost and cost database
5. Prepares forecasted unit rates for products and services for a certain period of time
6. Participate in planning sessions for future projects requiring a construction cost budget analysis
7. Sourcing of potential bidders & suppliers
8. Variation analysis
9. Prepares cost & Quantity estimates
Licensed Civil/Mechanical Engineer
Knowledge of architectural and structural design works,
materials inspection and testing, in different disciplines and
construction safety * Basic knowledge in cost estimates
Understanding of database principles
With at least 2 years work experience in the same field
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Commercial and Residential Real Estate 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
